As an Indian & being vegetarian, I am drinking milk as
if any other essential food required for nutrients. For us, milk is vegetarian
& that’s what we strongly believe in. I have came across many criticizers,
always arguing with me to prove why milk & no eggs. As according
to them, if milk is considered to be vegetarian then should be the case for
eggs too.
And mostly we spare an hour or two arguing on respective possible reasons, in which at last all the participants consider themselves to be the winner of their own side. As no one is ready to accept the fact (Actually this implies only to my opponents because I know & am sure about my being correct – but that’s what they think too, Alas!!).

My explanation states that being a vegetarian, we don’t kill
animals. (Actually, we do indirectly a lot by wearing these belts, shoes &
possessing wallets all made up of leather.
Some people keeping lion’s teeth as a good luck charm. But this topic is
to be discussed differently in another post of mine later sometime.) For now,
let’s get back to the topic.
Eggs are a part as if some future generation killed like as
if child killing going on in our cruel world – (that’s the term what we all
agree to for this particular act for pre-birth killing). Though they are
fertilized but after all it is what we have done to it, not was the natural
thing to happen without our greed for food, whereas the milk is not going to
give birth to anyone. They argue that it’s also cruel to take away milk from
the feeding mother to the child, the case similar here for
cows/buffalo/goats/camel whoever it may be. Yes, I agree if this is the only
case responsible but it is not. Very few, I repeat very very few people follow
this. Otherwise most of the infants do not need that much milk from their
mothers as of what they are capable of giving to. So, the remaining milk can be taken for our
purpose which is in no way wrong. Even this is not any of the result of
mutation of two living beings in which category the egg falls in. And so on, we
can get to endless points, but if my point is clear from the above, then I’ll
be very happy else I expect comments from the people – so called opposition
parties, but here, don’t worry it won’t be the case of Kissa Kursi ka like our
opposition parties in politics fight for.
