Before that day, there was no ray,
Happiness didn’t crawl without a say!
You and I, together we may,
Sitting was never enough at the bay!
Wandered through day, felt so dark,
No it wasn’t so bad, but there wasn’t a spark!
Couldn’t see the sun, would burn my face,
Moon was not there always to embrace!
Craving for day, longing the nights,
Eagerly waiting for so-called human rights!
Seeing others parenthood, felt then it might,
Only with a little star, decided to fill our empty lives!
After waiting and a lot of caring, what a sight,
Brought us “Mann” as little star, much awaited empowering light!
No more calmness as in scuba dives,
Enjoying cutest laughter and much more cries!
In those moments we arrived, more often started sharing hi-five,
Joyous never we felt alike, back again we were alive!
Oh it’s a reminder to that day, indeed a special day,
Happily we cheers, far gone are those fears!
Before that day, no there was no ray,
Now we feel, it shouldn’t be only star but a whole lot array!
